HIPAA - Privacy Practices - Informed Consent

HIPAA mandates that health care providers keep personally identifiable medical information private and secure. This ensures that patients’ sensitive data remains confidential.

The Notice of Privacy Practice describe how I may use and disclose your PHI in accordance with all applicable law.  They also describe your rights regarding how you may gain access to and control your PHI.

Informed consent is a crucial communication process that occurs between clients and their healthcare providers. It plays a central role in the decision-making process for medical care. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Laws may vary by state.
